# Ingredient List:
→ Sweet Potato Fries
01 - 2 large sweet potatoes, peeled and cut into 1/4-inch sticks
02 - 2 tablespoons olive oil
03 - 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
04 - 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
05 - 1/2 teaspoon fine sea salt
06 - 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
→ Chipotle Aioli
07 - 1/2 cup mayonnaise
08 - 1 canned chipotle pepper in adobo, minced
09 - 1 teaspoon adobo sauce (from the can)
10 - 1 clove garlic, minced
11 - 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
12 - 1/4 teaspoon salt
# How to Make:
01 - Preheat the air fryer to 375°F and allow it to warm for 2–3 minutes.
02 - In a large bowl, combine the sweet potato sticks with olive oil, smoked paprika, garlic powder, sea salt and black pepper; toss until every piece is evenly coated.
03 - Spread the coated sweet potato sticks in a single layer in the air fryer basket; work in batches as needed to avoid overcrowding for optimal crisping.
04 - Air fry the fries for 15–18 minutes, shaking or turning the basket halfway through, until edges are golden and crisp; adjust time slightly based on fry thickness and appliance model.
05 - While the fries cook, whisk together mayonnaise, minced chipotle, adobo sauce, minced garlic, lime juice and salt in a small bowl until smooth and balanced in heat and acidity.
06 - Transfer fries to a warm serving dish and serve immediately with chipotle aioli on the side for dipping.
