01 - 5.3 oz mild cheddar cheese, cut into 0.6 inch cubes
02 - 5.3 oz gouda cheese, cut into 0.6 inch cubes

03 - 7 oz seedless red grapes, washed and dried

# How to Make:
01 - Cut the mild cheddar and gouda into evenly sized 0.6 inch cubes.
02 - Wash and dry the seedless red grapes thoroughly.
03 - Using small wooden skewers or cocktail sticks, alternate threading a cube of cheddar, a grape, a cube of gouda, and another grape onto each skewer until ingredients are used.
04 - Arrange the skewers on a serving platter and garnish with fresh mint leaves if desired. Serve immediately or chill until ready to serve.
