09 - Zest of 1 lime
# How to Make:
01 - Using a sharp knife or round cookie cutters, slice melons into even circular rounds approximately 1/4 inch thick. Use smaller cutters if desired to create varied circle sizes for layering.
02 - Place the largest melon rounds in a single layer on a large serving platter, alternating melon varieties to create a vibrant pattern.
03 - Layer smaller melon rounds concentrically on top of the base, alternating melon types for contrast and visual appeal.
04 - Generously scatter strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, and blackberries over and between the layered melon circles.
05 - Optionally garnish with fresh mint leaves and lime zest to enhance aroma and color. Serve immediately or cover and chill until ready to serve.
