# How to Make:
- Spread 1 tablespoon of Nutella on four slices of brioche bread. Top each with another slice to form four sandwiches.
- In a large shallow bowl, whisk together eggs, whole milk, heavy cream, sugar, vanilla extract, ground cinnamon if using, and a pinch of salt until smooth and well combined.
- Melt 1 tablespoon of unsalted butter in a large nonstick skillet over medium heat.
- Dip each Nutella sandwich into the egg custard mixture, coating both sides evenly but avoiding oversaturation.
- Place the sandwiches in the skillet, cooking 2 to 3 minutes per side until golden brown and the custard is fully cooked. Add remaining butter as needed.
- Transfer cooked sandwiches to plates. Dust with powdered sugar, garnish with fresh berries if desired, and drizzle with maple syrup or extra Nutella. Serve immediately.
