# How to Make:
01 - Pour vegetable oil into a large skillet and set over medium heat. Allow the oil to warm for 1–2 minutes until shimmering.
02 - Add diced potatoes to the hot skillet in an even layer. Cook for approximately 15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until all sides develop a golden-brown, crispy exterior.
03 - While potatoes cook, combine salt, smoked paprika, chili powder, ground cumin, and cayenne pepper in a small bowl. Mix thoroughly to incorporate.
04 - Sprinkle the prepared spice mixture evenly over the crispy potatoes. Toss or stir well to ensure every piece is thoroughly coated with the seasoning blend.
