# Expert Tips:

01 -
  • It comes together in less time than it takes to decide what to order for delivery.
  • The dressing is so good you will want to put it on everything, salads, rice, straight vegetables.
  • You can eat it cold straight from the fridge the next day and it somehow tastes even better.
02 -
  • Rinse the noodles under cold water after cooking or they will stick together in one sad clump.
  • Add the warm water to the dressing slowly, too much and it becomes soup, too little and it will not coat anything.
  • Taste the dressing before mixing it in, this is when you can fix anything that feels off.
03 -
  • Always taste your dressing before you commit, once it is mixed in you cannot take it back.
  • Use kitchen shears to cut the cilantro and spring onions, it is faster and less messy than a knife.
  • If the peanut butter is stiff, microwave it for ten seconds before whisking, it will blend so much easier.
